We are NOT taking bookings for the Yacht Club at this time due to the June 2024 flooding.

The Spring Lake Yacht Club, located at 606 Spring Lake Drive, is available to rent for all types of functions such as family reunions, rehearsal dinners, smaller wedding receptions, bridal and baby showers and business meetings.  This new structure replaces the earlier Yacht Club building that was heavily damaged in the flooding event of 2010.

The new facility seats 80 comfortably, with a mix of both round and rectangular tables.

-microwave
-coffee percolator
-cutting board
-misc. utensils
-garbage bags
-dish soap

is NO STOVE.

 

 

 Fee for renting the Yacht Club:

  - $100 for 5 hours or less with a $150 refundable cleaning deposit 
  - $150 for more than 5 hours with a $250 refundable cleaning deposit
