In November 2016, the Planning Commission approved a rezoning of various areas of the City. The intent of this rezoning is not to create fundamental change in current or in future use, but to clear up a dozen or so ambiguous areas in the old map and to ensure the current and future planned use is compatible with the zoning map’s designation.

The changes will be considered by the City Council in 2017.
