The Cherokee Board of Adjustment consists of five members appointed by the City Council. The board conducts administrative reviews to hear and decide appeals where it is alleged that there is error in any order, requirement, decision or determination of the Zoning Ordinance. The board also hears and makes decisions on special use permits and variance requests.    

Members are appointed for 5 year terms.
