Does my round qualify for the course record?
1. Round must have been witnessed by at least one other player.
2. No mulligans or re-throws were taken (Every single throw is counted)
3. No gimme putts were taken.
4. All holes were played in order. (Ex. 1-18 or 4-18 then 1-3)
5. All course rules were followed. (Ex. OB and Mandos)
